The Concordia University Department of Recreation and Athletics is pleased to announce it will hold its annual holiday skating party on Saturday, Dec. 8 from 2 to 4 p.m.
The men's and women's hockey teams will be on hand to skate and visit. The ever popular Buzz and Santa Claus will be there to greet the children. There will be hot chocolate, cookies, etc. Everyone is welcome - employees, families, friends and neighbours.
Donations of non-perishable food items will be accepted at the door. This year, donations will go to the Depot Community Food Centre, which serves N.D.G. and surrounding areas.
There is an urgent need for canned fish. Tuna, sardines and salmon would be appreciated.
The Ed Meagher Arena is located on the Loyola Campus, 7200 Sherbrooke St. W.
