A video clip featuring Concordia Stinger all-Canadian guard Damian Buckley will air on Fox Sports Net’s Best Damn Sports Show Period this week.
The extremely popular Los Angeles-based sports show will broadcast an episode called “Best Damn Top 50 Random Acts of Awesome” on Thursday at 11 p.m. Buckley’s phenomenal basketball shot will be on the Top 50 list. His amazing athletic feat took place Aug. 30 at Concordia gym in a preseason game versus the University of Virginia Cavaliers.
Producers from the Best Damn Sports Show Period found the video on the Concordia Stingers’ YouTube channel where it has attracted more than 70,000 views in just over eight months.
Fox Sports Net is not available to Canadian viewers. However, in Canada Rogers Sportsnet airs episodes of the Best Damn Sports Show Period.
Sportsnet East will show the Random Acts of Awesome episode at midnight, one hour after the American network. The show will be repeated Saturday, May 16 at 1:30 a.m. on Sportsnet Ontario and at 2:30 a.m. on Sportsnet East.
