Concordia Stinger Chama Sedki, an outstanding third-year mid-fielder, was named to the RSEQ women's soccer second all-star team when the conference honour roll was announced earlier this week.
The Longueuil, Que. resident tied for the scoring lead on the Stingers. She had three goals and three assists for six points in 14 games. Teammate Sarah Humes also had six points.
Sedki was named the game MVP six times this season.
This is the second consecutive year Sedki was named a RSEQ second team all-star in the outdoor season. She was also named to the indoor soccer all-star team in the spring of 2017, giving her a total of three honours in her career to date.
Sedki studies Computer Engineering at Concordia.
