2024 Summer Camp
Concordia Athletics Summer Camp is NOT JUST A SPORTS CAMP! We offer a variety of activities, games and sports with a focus on safety, participation and having fun. Campers will participate in sports such as soccer, volleyball, and basketball. As well as cultural activities like dance, arts and crafts and water games.
Staff: Camp counsellors are primarily Concordia students and Stinger athletes.
Ages: 6-14
Groups: All groups will be co-ed. Groups will be formed, by age, prior to the start of each session based on the total number of campers registered.
All campers receive a camp hat.
Dates:
- Week 1: June 25–28
There is no camp on Monday, June 24 (St. Jean Baptiste) - Week 2: July 2–5
There is no camp on Monday, July 1 (Canada Day) - Week 3: July 8–12
- Week 4: July 15–19
- Week 5: July 22–26
- Week 6: July 29–Aug.2
- Week 7: Aug. 5–9
- Week 8: Aug. 12–16
- Week 9: Aug. 19–23
Days & Time: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Place: Loyola Campus (the exact location will be communicated by email to all registered parents)
Extended Care Available:
- Free early drop-off as of 8 a.m.
- Late pick-up: 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.: $40 per week
Registration opens: Feb. 13, 2024 at 9 a.m.
For camp weeks 1 to 2
- Before April 1: $240
- After April 1: $270
For camp weeks 3 to 9
- Before April 1: $300
- After April 1: $330
Family Discounts:
- Register a 2nd child for the same week and receive 5% off their registration
- Register a 3rd child for the same week and receive 10% off their registration
- Register a 4th+ child for the same week and receive 15% off their registration
Multi-Week Discounts:
- Register a child for 3–4 weeks and receive 5% off their registration
- Register a child for 5–6 weeks and receive 10% off their registration
- Register a child for 7–9 weeks and receive 15% off their registration
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to concordia.camps@concordia.ca
- Partial refunds are granted, less a $50 administration fee per week of camp prior to June 1, 2024
- No refunds will be granted after June 1, 2024
- Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to receive the refund on your credit card
- Registrations are not transferable from one camper to another
- Registrations are transferable from one week to another based on availability only and by June 15, 2024
- We do not take requests for groupings or pairings of friends
- Refillable water bottle (one will be provided)
- Morning snack (peanut free)
- Lunch (peanut free)
- Afternoon snack (peanut free)
- Weather appropriate clothing: shorts, t-shirt, sun hat, (jacket or sweater if cooler)
- Running shoes and socks (no sandals)
- Sunscreen
