Wednesdays 6-8 p.m.
4 Sessions: Jan. 29, Feb. 5, Feb. 12, Feb. 19
Cost: $120

Option 2

Sundays 9-11 a.m.
4 Sessions: Feb. 2, Feb. 9, Feb. 16, Feb. 23
Cost: $120

Option 3

Wednesdays 6-8 p.m. & Sundays 9-11 a.m.
8 Sessions: Jan. 29 - Feb. 23
Cost: $220

Concordia Rugby High Performance Academy

Sundays 9-11 a.m.
Intended for CEGEP players who want to play university or provincial rugby
4 Sessions: Feb. 2, Feb. 9, Feb. 16, Feb. 23
Cost: $160
