Five student-athletes who have committed to joining Concordia Stingers programs in 2018 have been awarded recruitment bursaries of $10,000 each by the Quebec Foundation for Athletic Excellence (FAEQ).
The FAEQ university recruitment program offers financial support to student-athletes who pursue their athletic and academic careers in a Quebec institution. This year 30 athletes will benefit from a total of $300,000 in bursaries.
The incoming athletes who have been selected by the FAEQ are:

Rosalie Bégin-Cyr, hockey, Cégep Limoilou
Myriam Leclerc, basketball, Cégep de Ste. Foy
Stéphanie Lemelin, hockey, Cégep Limoilou
Nelly Owusu, basketball, Dawson College
