The Concordia Department of Recreation and Athletics is pleased to announce it will participate in Giving Tuesday, a global day of creating positive impact that takes place Tuesday, Dec. 1.
This day of giving was first observed in 2012 as a way to encourage people to make donations and to volunteer. It has become an annual tradition celebrated on the Tuesday following American Thanksgiving.
We are calling all alumni and fans to direct their support to their favourite Concordia Stingers program. Your gift will help the athletics department offer the best conditions for academic and athletic success.
“A gift of any size will have a positive impact on the experience we offer our student-athletes,” says Director of Recreation and Athletics D’Arcy Ryan. “Your support will go a long way towards building pride and creating winning conditions for our Stinger teams.”
