Dolan earns hockey all-star honor

Andrea Dolan, the fourth-year captain of the Concordia Stingers women’s hockey team, was named to the QSSF second all-star team that was announced late Monday.

The tenacious centre was the only Stinger to make the Quebec conference honor roll.

Dolan earns respect for her leadership, work ethic and defensive skills. She also picked up one goal and two assists in 18 league games.

The Montreal native is pursuing a specialization in psychology. She is a three-time CIS academic all-Canadian. She was also named the outstanding academic athlete at Concordia’s annual awards night on two occasions.
