The Concordia Stingers women’s hockey captain has been named RSEQ Athlete of the Month for January after a flawless month that saw the Stingers go a perfect 6–0.
The senior forward was a driving force in Concordia’s success, piling up six goals and four assists during the month. Her production and leadership helped the Stingers continue their stranglehold on the conference, clinching first place in the RSEQ and improving their record to 18–1 on the season.
Drapeau currently sits atop the RSEQ leaderboard in both goals (17) and points (28), while averaging 1.47 points per game. She’s also making an impact away from the scoresheet, owning an impressive +17 plus-minus rating on the year.
Off the ice, Drapeau continues to balance elite performance with her studies, pursuing a degree in Psychology alongside Recreation and Leisure Studies.
With her consistent scoring, two-way play, and steady leadership, Drapeau has been the engine behind the Stingers’ dominant season—and her January performance made her the clear choice for RSEQ Athlete of the Month.
