Head coach Greg Sutton is pleased to announce Zackiel Brault, a talented defender who developed in the Montreal Impact Academy system, has committed to the Concordia Stingers men’s soccer team.
“Zackiel complements our talent and will add quality to our back line,” said Sutton.
The centre-back from Deux Montagnes, Que., was with the U18/U19 program for two years, wrapping up in 2020. He also spent one year with the U16/U17 team.
In 2021, Brault joined FC Laval and competed in the Première Ligue de soccer du Québec (PLSQ).
“The Stingers project has become more and more interesting over the last few years and I am excited to join and see it progress some more,” said Brault.
At Concordia, he will study Finance in the John Molson School of Business.
