Captain Sandro Addesa wraps up his accomplished five-year career as a member of the Concordia Stingers men’s soccer team with an all-star honor.
Addesa, who was named to the second team, is the sole Stinger on the Quebec university honor roll unveiled this week.
It’s the talented mid-fielder’s second appearance on conference all-star team. He was also a second team all-star in 2005.
A CIS academic all-Canadian, he is a Psychology major.
The Stingers wrapped up the outdoor season with a 2-8-2 win-loss-tie record last week. They will begin preparations for the indoor season shortly.
