One lucky Concordia University student will win tuition and books during the second half of the Concordia Stingers football home opener on Friday, Sept. 8.
The Concordia Department of Recreation and Athletics in partnership with the Concordia University Bookstore and Computerstore is pleased to sponsor this dynamic contest, offering Concordia students an exciting evening of football action and the chance to win tuition and books. (Maximum value of $1,668.30 tuition, plus a $500 credit valid for use at the Concordia University Bookstore).
All Concordia undergraduate and graduate students who fill in a Web form on the Concordia Stingers homepage (www.stingers.ca) will be admitted free of charge to the Stingers' football game versus the Sherbrooke Vert et Or. Concordia students enrolled in a minimum of nine undergraduate or graduate credits this semester will also be entered in the Win Your Tuition and Books Contest.
A random draw will take place in the third quarter and the lucky student will be announced shortly afterward. To be eligible entrants must attend the football game and be on the premises for the announcement of the winning entry.

In addition to a huge student presence, a large number of alumni are expected to enjoy the Homecoming festivities at the game, which include a pre-game barbecue and inflatable games.
The Department of Recreation and Athletics will also celebrate the exploits of its 2006 Hall of Fame inductees, introducing the greats from the past at halftime.
The regular features – the Spirit Team, Buzz, face-painting and the children's corner – will also be ready to welcome fans.
Concordia undergraduate and graduate students can obtain a free ticket by registering on-line in advance. The cost is $4 at the door.
Tickets for non-Concordia students are $7, while adult admission in $10.
